The MBA Project + Training Report Pack is a digital downloadable product.
Once the file is downloaded, refunds are not possible (since the product can be copied/shared after delivery).
Refund Eligibility
A refund will only be considered if:
You received the wrong file (e.g., file is corrupted or not in the promised format).
You did not receive product access/download link even after successful payment.
How to Claim a Refund
To claim a refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of purchase with your payment proof + order details at EpicDigitalsOfficial@gmail.com .
After verification, if the issue is valid, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
After the product has been downloaded.
If you purchased the wrong package without checking the details.
Cases like “I wanted more” or “I changed my mind.”

If you face any technical or file access issues, we will immediately provide you with a replacement file for smooth access.
